Dentures are usually very expensive, but only complete in a few cases paid by the health insurance companies. Often there is only a flat-rate fixed grant, which in no way covers the current costs. The patient must pay the remaining amount out of his own pocket. This can be a problem especially when there is little or no savings.
Then there is often no other option than to worry about a denture loan. Since there are very different options for this, it would be very important to keep an overview of the individual offers and to make a comparison on the Internet before deciding on a specific denture loan.
Loans from the dentist
More and more dentists have started to offer their patients not only the right dentures, but also a loan for dentures. This loan can then also be used to easily finance more expensive dentures. However, the dentist does not act as a lender himself, but works with various partner banks.
These banks then also set the conditions for the credit for dentures. Such a loan is often characterized by particularly short terms and sometimes also free of interest. A disadvantage here could be that the patient becomes very dependent on his dentist through the loan and must also disclose his financial situation to him.
This is often very uncomfortable and can put a great strain on the relationship of trust. For this reason, the use of a loan should always be considered very carefully by the dentist. If in doubt, there are enough other alternatives here.
Bank loans are relatively flexible and also offer the option of largely freely disposing of the borrowed money. Therefore, both an installment loan and an overdraft facility can be used as a loan for dentures. If you choose this option, you can pay the dentist’s bill in one amount and the dentist will not be informed of the loan.
In order to get a denture loan, the borrower must meet certain requirements. Otherwise lending is excluded. This would be the case, for example, if there is either no regular income or no positive credit check information.
Loans without credit check
A loan without credit check from abroad can also be used to finance dentures under certain circumstances. To do this, they must be of legal age and be in permanent employment as an employee. The self-employed, freelancers, unemployed, housewives and Hartz IV recipients, on the other hand, cannot get a loan without credit check. Here the lack of income becomes a problem.
In general, with every loan for dentures, the borrowing should always be considered very carefully. The question must also be answered whether the denture is really necessary or whether there are still cheaper alternatives that serve the same purpose.
